How we use information

We use information to manage accounts, prepare designs, produce and fulfill orders, arrange payment and collection or delivery, communicate with you, resolve questions, and maintain business records. Technical information helps operate, secure, and understand the use of our website and ordering services.

Your photos & artwork

We use your photos and artwork to prepare designs and complete your orders. This may involve processing and storing files through service providers such as Dakis, cloud storage services, and AI design tools.

We do not give your photos or artwork to other customers or unrelated third parties, or use them in advertising, social media, or promotional materials, without your permission. Sharing required by law is an exception.

Please submit only material you are authorized to provide and avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.

Service providers

We use external services for website hosting, online ordering, file storage, design processing, payment handling, and customer communications. These providers receive or process information needed to provide their services.

Files and other information may be processed or stored outside Aruba. Providers’ handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices. AI tools may process supplied images, artwork, and instructions when used for your requested design work.

Photo & design file storage

Our order manager automatically deletes uploaded files after 30 days. Separate production copies may remain available for reprints and are generally cleared during our annual file cleanup.

Retention periods vary. Annual cleanup is not a promise that every copy will be deleted on a particular date, and reprint availability is not guaranteed. Please keep your original files.

You may contact us to request deletion of retained photos or design files. Order, transaction, and accounting records may be retained separately for business needs and applicable legal requirements.

Cookies & third-party features

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support its operation and collect information about website use. Google analytics and tag-management tools are configured on the website. Embedded features, including maps and online ordering tools, may also process technical information under their providers’ privacy practices.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website or ordering functions.

Communications

We use your contact information to respond to inquiries and communicate about orders. If you receive promotional messages from us, you may ask us to stop sending them. This does not prevent necessary communications about an active order.
